Supervision cared by our engineers is an essential part of the investment process. As we have extensive experience in the investment process, we always try to convince our clients to use the designer’s supervision service. For larger investment projects, it is not uncommon for changes to be made during installation. This is often due to the additional requirements of the Customer, because it is easier to assess whether the building meets its expectations at the construction stage. During supervisory work, designers in the relevant industries make changes to the documentation, assess their scale and determine whether they affect the building permit decision issued or whether it is irrelevant from the perspective of building law. Subsequent entries are made in the building log and in the documentation. Such a course of construction results in no problems at the completion of construction works by the construction supervisory authorities.
